- Preparation
- Read the operation instructions thoroughly.
- Place the unit on a flat surface
- To prevent burns wear light clothing.
- How to operate
- Plug in the power cord to a 110V outlet.
- Set the intensity to 0 on the main control panel.
- Turn the timer dial clockwise to set the time.
- Turn the intensity dial on the main control panel clockwise to set the temperature.
- Place the lamp head about 12 inches away from the area to be treated.
Adjust the distance and the temperature as needed. -
To activate the remote controller:
Plug in the cord and locate the timer on the lamp.
Turn the timer counterclockwise till you hear a click to ON setting.
Now the heat can be adjusted using the remote controller.
If the remote controller is plugged in, the intensity dial on the main control panel is disabled.
- The recommended treatment time per session is 30 minutes. Avoid overheating!
The optional plastic screen will melt if overheated. Allow the unit to cool down before resuming. - Unplug after treatment.
