How to use

  1. Hold the adapter connection and rotate the body to set the pressure scale line to the desired value.

Set the intensity to an intensity that you can consistently do for about 30 minutes.

  1. After fully mouthing, inhale and exhale regularly for 3-5 seconds using abdominal breathing.
